MyOnlineBio - Universal Terms of Service Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS UNIVERSAL TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, AND REMEDIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WAIVERS OF RIGHTS, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, YOUR INDEMNITY TO US, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

1. Overview

This Universal Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between MyOnlineBio and you, and is made effective as of the date of your use of this Site or the date of electronic acceptance. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Site and the products and services purchased or accessed through this Site (individually and collectively, the "Services").

The terms "we", "us" or "our" shall refer to MyOnlineBio. The terms "you", "your", "User" or "customer" shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts this Agreement, has access to your account or uses the Services. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyOnlineBio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyOnlineBio.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You represent and warrant that all information you submit when you create your Account is accurate, current and complete, and that you will keep your Account information accurate, current and complete.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Ownership

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or display on your Bio Page. By posting content, you grant MyOnlineBio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that is illegal, threatening, or defamatory, infringes on intellectual property rights, contains viruses or malicious code, promotes hate speech or discrimination, or includes unsolicited promotional material (spam).

5. Domains and Customization

Users may be able to link custom domains to their Bio Pages. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any domain you link. MyOnlineBio is not responsible for domain registration or DNS management unless explicitly provided as part of a paid plan.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MYONLINEBIO, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
